Open VPN Settings
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > VPN and click "Add a VPN connection".
Select Provider
Choose "Windows (built-in)" as the VPN provider.
Enter Connection Details
Enter a connection name, your PrivyNet server address (domain name), and select IKEv2 as the VPN type.
Enter Credentials
Enter your PrivyNet username and password.
Connect
Save the connection, then click on it and select "Connect" to establish your VPN.

For dedicated VPN, you can deploy additional infrastructure in different regions from your dashboard. Each instance is billed independently based on its running time.
IKEv2/IPsec uses UDP ports 500 and 4500 for establishing connections and NAT traversal. These ports are commonly allowed through firewalls.
IKEv2 has built-in MOBIKE (Mobility and Multihoming Protocol) support, which automatically re-establishes the VPN connection when you switch between Wi-Fi and cellular networks without interruption.
Yes, you can configure custom DNS servers in your device's VPN settings. When connected, DNS queries will be routed through your preferred DNS provider like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or Google (8.8.8.8).
Ensure your certificate is properly installed and trusted. Check that UDP ports 500 and 4500 are not blocked by your firewall. Try reconnecting or re-downloading your configuration from the dashboard.
Log into your PrivyNet dashboard and navigate to VPN Settings. Click "Regenerate Credentials" to create new authentication details. Remember to update your VPN configuration on all devices after regeneration.
